Hello Stephen,   That's an

Hello Stephen,

That's an error we have not experienced yet. PostworkShop 2.0 gave some activation process failures and problems, we recommend you download PostworkShop 2.1 and try again to install.

Let us know if the problem remains or if it is solved with 2.1

Best

I have tried installing again

I have tried installing again with V. 2.1 producing the same error.Version 1 of PWS pro is installed and functioning correctly. I have tried each update to version 2 with the same errors.I just deleted every Xycod file in preferences and Library, then reinstalled PSW 2.1 producing the same error again.

Unfortunately we can't

Unfortunately we can't reproduce this problem on any of our test machines, so currently we don't know how to fix it.

Our best guess is that it is releated to either an anti-virus software that you use or a user rights issue.

Did you try to create an exception for PostworkShop in your anti-virus program or run it as an administrator during the activation?

This part of the code was not

This part of the code was not changed since the version 2, becuase we still don't know how your system is different from the thousands of others where it works.

We may try a remote assistance session to examine your installation. Please write to support@xycod.com if you want to participate.
